    PROCESSING TIME

    Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation.

    You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information.

    SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    UNITED STATES:
    - Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): Calculated at checkout
    - Express Shipping (3-7 business days): Calculated at checkout

    CANADA:
    - Standard Shipping (10-20 business days): Calculated at checkout
    - Express Shipping (5-10 business days): Calculated at checkout

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

    Shoply Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system.

    DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at borisaudry5@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

    For lost packages, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.

    WRONG ADDRESS

    If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
